I tried a group here. I had to listen to a speech that lasted ten minutes about how I'm in Indigenous territory. I came to talk about things and had politics shoved in my face. It felt like brainwashing the reading was so long. So sad that something that may have been helpful had to be ruined.
August 22, 2025 I've been attending the virtual ER courses/workshop with Kimberly and she's fantastic! I highly recommend you try taking these virtual ER courses as I find it myself, a great support, being virtual, and at the comfort of connecting from my home! I have been attending Anchor Men’s Group for over a year & have also been attending one-on-one Counselling at Momentum. I honestly don’t know where I’d be without them. Every single person I have interacted with, from Reception to the Facilitators, has shown me genuine kindness, concern & compassion. I highly recommend them, especially if you are new to the ‘mental health game.’
