I stayed there 90 days now and Julie told me my time was up Dec 1st thats it for the extensions. So I worked with moving home Minnesota and got my own place. Well Julie finds some way to get my insurance to give me another month but doesn't even tell me. I got accepted at this apartment and I paid my rent. More worried about money that people. Julie Helms is the most concieted control freak I have ever met. A lot of the staff are cool but Julie Helms wants to dictate and control everything. She is unwilling to work with you on your schedule so you can get a decent job. Only 5.5 hours between day and night group(you must attend one). No time for full time job. Group is a joke, and they love when people come back. Nothing like returning customers to keep that money coming in.
Momentum Center is a fantastic place. Minimal group hours. So you can get a full time job & work on outside recovery issues. Staff & counselors are very knowledgeable. Good location, with onsite parking & city bus stop across the street. Apartments & facility are basic, but clean & functional. I got a single room after a few weeks. This is the place you want to go to after inpatient treatment.
You don't get GA there. They make you pay for washing. Staff very passive aggressive. Very minimal classes. If you're on probation and happen to use they will tell your probation officer to put a warrant out for you and come get you straight out of class I seen this happen to 2 people in the month I was there SMH. If you don't have a job already or savings to live off it will be extremely hard. It wasn't for me way too much time on my hands. Barely any resources or information on anything.
