Good service, needed a programming and Richard with service got it done same day
I recently took my Alfa Romeo for service, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. The customer service was absolutely disgraceful. The staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. To make matters worse, the actual service on my vehicle was poorly done, leaving me to question the competence and professionalism of the technicians. Friendly, helpful people to work with.Ask for David, all their vehicles are checked thoroughly by State regulations. Used cars are like new ones they are all treated the same and the customers goes out with a smile and lasting trust!!!
