We offer progression based, sequential learning to aerial students in the community of Flagstaff. Our teaching methods focus on proper technique and strength building in order to meet student goals in a safe, positive and encouraging environment. Our teachers are trained on proper spotting technique, injury prevention and aerial teaching progressions. We offer ongoing professional development for our teachers to ensure that we are always at the cutting edge of aerial arts instruction.

I've been at Momentum for a little over a year now and I can't believe I didn't start aerial sooner! Aerial has been a great way for me to stay in shape while engaging my creative side, something I need to keep me motivated. Momentum is such a special place to be. The community has always been welcoming and supportive ! When I began Lyra classes a year ago, I was sure it would be too hard and I was too old to pick up something new. I was by far the youngest person in my 1A beginner class and was constantly encouraged and walked through each step of every move. Great space with experienced and kind instructors! Momentum's unique semester schedule allows you to learn with the same class and instructor each semester which builds a sense of community. I've been to several other aerial studios across the country and always look forward to getting back to Momentum - we truly are spoiled here!
