I am absolutely disgusted and outraged with this hospice agency. My mother is in the hospital, very sick, and not once has any doctor told me or my mother that she’s at the stage where hospice care should even be discussed. Yet out of nowhere, a representative from this agency shows up without any notice, without consulting me, and without my mother’s doctor ever mentioning hospice. The absolute worse! My Aunt has been on Hospise since last Wednesday. She has no durable medical equipment, no oxygen, and no pain meds. However, Moments made all kind of promises for palliative care and assured us quality end of life care…I will be reporting them to Medicare and the State of Florida Board of Healthcare. RUN FROM MOMENTS…SELECT VITAS FOR END OF LIFE CARE, A FAR BETTER HOSPICE PROVIDER!

Patients at this facility are welcomed with open arms and attentive ears. Their goal is to make sure that all questions or worries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. The staff present is devoted to ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care possible.

Está compañía es lo peor que hay no tienen personal y subcontrata los enfermeros el servicio al cliente es malísimo yo casi pierdo un familiar por culpa de su negligencia si tienen un familiar no contraten esta compañía se arrepentirán como yo lo hice

For our family, picking Moments Hospice was the right choice. Our loved one's transition was made simpler by their outstanding care. The personnel was really knowledgeable, kind, and pleasant. We sincerely appreciate their help throughout this trying time.
