For our family, picking Moments Hospice was the right choice. Our loved one's transition was made simpler by their outstanding care. The personnel was really knowledgeable, kind, and pleasant. We sincerely appreciate their help throughout this trying time.

I'm so glad you have Carla the nurse working for you. She's an amazing young lady that cares about people. And that's hard finding that in Key West. I don't know how long she has worked for you but she is a keeper. I'm stage 4 lung cancer and she goes above and beyond in my opinion. I thought you should know because good people are not easy to find in Key West. She has a wonderful caring manner about her and I'm most humble and grateful that I found her. So 5 star review for carla.

About 3 weeks ago we signed up for hospice for our dear friend. We had high hopes that it would make him comfortable in his final days & relieve some of our stress & workload. The welcome team was extremely nice & supportive. The social worker & the music therapist wonderful. The HHAs try but the set up seems disorganized. They can not come at a set time everyday. They show up late afternoon long after the patient has been bathed, dressed & fed. The biggest issues has been the nurses!! There has been 0 communication. They sh... read more
