The ladies at moments.are wonderful so kind and helpful it is a joy to shop there and the clothes are beautiful.
Just terrible customer service. The ladies there are so rude. The clothes look to be good enough quality but the prices are insane for what they are, now reading some other reviews about garments ripping so maybe they arnt even good quality.
A close family member, we'll call X recently went to Moments in Truro, she bought a pair of pants that was 170$. She wore them once and they ripped everywhere around the pockets. My mother called to see if she could get a reimbursement and was told yes. When X showed up, she was met by what seemed to be the owner. That person then looked at X and said "well I didn't think you looked like that", I want to say to that person behind the counter that X is 23 years and has worn pants her entire life. My teenage daughter visited this store shopping for jeans. This was post-Covid but she often liked to wear a mask around her neck. The owner of the store told her to either put the mask over her mouth or take it off. My daughter responded that she liked it where it was. Then the owner said “Well put it over your mouth then. We don’t want your germs”. I think the owner is under some sort of illusion that this is a high end luxury boutique, and that her snobbery is appropriate.
