Very disappointing experience at Hexion Specialty Chemicals. I arrived for my pickup at 7:00 AM and was told my load would be ready within two hours. More than six hours later, I was informed that they still couldn’t load me because of an issue with their sales team. Poor communication and lack of coordination wasted an entire workday.
