I look forward to my workout and Seeing my friends at momenta every week. It is always clean well organized, and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in achieving my goals.
I’ve been going here for a little over a year. Great facility and great trainers. Kevin and Michelle (and I’m sure all of the rest!) are so knowledgeable. They’ve helped me isolate the nuance of each exercise ensuring the engagement of the targeted muscles. I’ve never looked or felt better!
Best part of my day always. Kevin, Pam, and most importantly Crockett (doggie) always bring great vibes and energy every single day. Always super clean, lots of equipment and exercises, and facilities are first class also. Overall best gym I’ve ever belonged to
Great place! Training is 1st class and Megan is an amazing Physical Therapist! Love the atmosphere!
I love this gym. It’s friendly and warm and provides a fantastic community not to mention a wonderful workout.
