If I could give less than 1 star , I would. They take shoddy and unprofessional to a new ( low) level. I called them 5 times in 5 days , all at different times. No one answered the phone, nor did anyone call me back. If they are this inconsiderate and uncaring about their customers,can u imagine how they are treating your possessions? Go anywhere but here.

We paid this company thousands of dollars to restore three crystal chandeliers several years ago. One was recently damaged and we contacted them again to repair. They did not answer their phone, would not return messages so I dropped in the store. I was rudely told I was not allowed in the store and I could only contact them through email to Chris Momeier.
