This was definitely an interesting experience here(Show Low location). I do not think we will be back. Our main concern was not really addressed, and for that reason I think we will look elsewhere for care. We liked the MA and the women Dr was nice enough but again did not address the main reason we came and that felt frustrating and dismissive! Left feeling overwhelmed and with no relief :(
Love this place they made me feel comfortable and were very good at what they do! I highly recommend any woman there for woman health.
They had a lot of appointment opportunities, so that was awesome. I was a little disappointed that there was no actual “exam”, and everything else (like a physical exam and other things we talked about) were all to be done in separate appointments. I felt like my concerns were kind of shoved aside and they guessed at a “diagnosis” without doing any tests or anything. Maybe that’s how my problem IS diagnosed, but it didn’t feel very thorough.
