I really tried to give this office the benefit of the doubt because it was so close to me. However, it’s very apparent. They only care for our office visits. The scheduling team will tell you whatever you want to hear to get on the schedule, when you get there, the doctor does not know what’s going on. I saw Dr. Farrow and a male Doctor Who just seemed completely unknowledgeable. Their immediate solution without asking me any questions was to prescribe me birth control when I declined. The office is great and every doctor I've seen is wonderful and makes you feel comfortable. However their website only lists women providers and says "women for women" and I unknowingly was scheduled with a male doctor so I was not happy about that when I was expecting a woman. So make sure to clarify when you make an appointment. Not to mention they messaged me only hours before my scheduled appointment so I didn't have a chance to reschedule and of course there were no more openings in the same week.
