Best OB/GYN! Great service. Highly recommend.
We had never been to this location but it was the only one with an appt for our anatomy scan that week. We drove 30+ mins, ultrasound tech was great aside from the fact she said our ultrasound pictures would be sent out that moment, it has now taken me 2+ days, 4+ calls to try and get said pictures. Call center is HORRIBLE, they just keep saying “a message will be sent to the supervisor and they will reach out to you” spoiler alert, no one has yet to contact me. Worst experience possible for my daughter. Their calling service scheduled her at the wrong location. It took the lady doing check ins 15 minutes to figure it out then another 15 minutes to get her set up and scheduled for an appointment an hour later. My daughter had to repeat herself multiple times when asked for her name and number. If she was hard of hearing then she should have the patient write the information down.
