Been going here for years, I should have switch years ago, but kept giving them a chance thinking it was just a one off. They never call you with your results, and when they do they charge you for a visit without you knowing. When you call to make an apt and ask for the cash cost they will tell you it's $150, to find out its hundreds of dollars more. Im not the only one they've done this to. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. If it weren’t for Dr. Cordeiro, I believe my rating would be even lower. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly the best thing about this practice. She has always made me feel heard and cared for. Unfortunately, my experience with the office itself has been incredibly frustrating. They need to fix their miscommunication issues as they take zero accountability for it which causes customers to lose money which they don’t care about. Customer service isn’t something they care about. Smh.
I just want to say thank you to Dr Cordeiro for listening to my concerns and being such a kind person. You really made me feel really comfortable during my appointment something that is hard to find especially when it comes to a women’s check up .
