Had my first facial experience in 40 years and OMG. how things have change. So amazing and will be treating myself to the monthly experience
If I could give no starts I would because I went in wanting some nice layers and face framing I had told her I didn’t want to cut that much hair and she cut it above my shoulders despite me saying I wanted it well below them and as for the face framing I did not get it at all. Went and got a cut and colour and received first class treatment from Jess
I had a spa experience booked for my birthday. The morning of,they texted to advise me they would have to reschedule because the consultant would not be in. They were happy to reschedule, but I had taken the day off for my birthday and to have the treatment.
