Mombasa always delivers when it comes to exactly what I want. Thumbs up here! But, I did not think it was very professional when I hear a male stylist, next to where I was sitting, swearing like an old sailor to his client. Yes, it was a part of his conversation, but unnecessary & insensitive to others, like me, within ear shot. I found it offensive and uncomfortable. Also, although my stylist did an amazing job with my hair transformation, she was very rough & I winced in discomfort a few times. Thumbs down!
Staff named Alka did my daughter hair colouring which suit her and my all family feel happy to see her hair. Staff named Alka did fantastic job which showed that she had good experience in her filed and looks how she does her hair, it showed that she is professional hair dresser and her good behaviour toward customers seen which way my daughter expressed about her.
Had my first facial experience in 40 years and OMG. how things have change. So amazing and will be treating myself to the monthly experience
If I could give no starts I would because I went in wanting some nice layers and face framing I had told her I didn’t want to cut that much hair and she cut it above my shoulders despite me saying I wanted it well below them and as for the face framing I did not get it at all. Now I have to grow out my hair all over again and that’s money that I won’t be getting back if your reading this do not go hear unless you like not be listened to and not feeling confident in yourself after.
