the cleaning was so detailed and our house smells amazing. we are so happy with our service. also the communication is high and on point. would highly recommend and will continue having service from here. it’s been hard with a baby keeping things clean so it was a huge help.
I didn’t love mom needs a break cleaning due to their lack of communication with one another which left me with half cleaned floors and only two of my spaces cleaned that needed to be done. I signed up for the three hour custom clean and told the girl what spaces I would like cleaned when she arrived and she agreed to doing those things. Come to the three hour mark she cleaned a guest bathroom, my counters in the kitchen, and the small floor area. Mom needed a break, and got exactly what she needed! Monica was kind, understanding with my pets, and did a wonderful job cleaning my home, even working around me as my home office is in the kitchen. My house smells and feels amazing. I will definitely be using this cleaning service again.
