I booked this company because of the good reviews on Google. Sadly, I am convinced they are fabricated. I have a 3400 square-foot home and when I booked the services the lady on the phone said she would send two people. But only one lady showed up and left three hours later. That's right, one person for a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath house, done in three hours. I walked in to crumbs on the floor, un mopped floors, food stains on the baseboards and cabinets, grease on the stove, trashbins not emptied etc!
Sam C. is always punctual, professional, and efficient. She goes above and beyond - straightening up while she cleans and scrubs all the nooks and crannies and chases up as much of the dog fur as she can (it's a never ending battle!). She's cleaned for us for about three years now - and I can't imagine not seeing her every two weeks, knowing my house will be clean and smell amazing. In our busy schedule she really is a lifesaver! Highly recommend!
