We recently used this plumbing service and had a great experience. They were able to come out the same day (or by the next day), which was greatly appreciated. The technician, Brendan, who arrived was extremely friendly, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on and what needed to be done. The service was efficient, and we felt well-informed throughout the entire process. We are very happy with the work provided and would definitely recommend their services to others.
Not knowledgeable and admit to just throwing parts at a problem until something works. A waste of my money and I’m still without hot water. Don’t waste your money or time.
They responded and came out quickly. I was very disappointed that they drained my dirty flooded basement water into my washing machine without discussing this with me. It was expensive to remove water and water puddles are still in multiple spots in my basement.
