The start of my bespoke process was great. The team, especially Kat, were really helpful and responsive to all of my questions and my hesitation with what it might turn out like at the end. She eased my mind and seemed happy enough to walk me through at my pace. The responsiveness and helpfulness dissipated after the item was made. Communication ceased and I had to engage the Office of Fair Trade to help try to rectify the issue. Excuses made and no resolutions offered even though the trust had been broken at this point. Dissapointing from start to finish. Purchased a $400 9k Gold Signet Ring, had it rodium plated which cost $200, took 6 weeks. After less than 6 months the plating had turned gold again, I've worked in jewellery and am fully aware that rodium plating can rub off at different rates, this however was oddly fast. Emailed customer team, they gave me the halo effect response making it clear they would take absolutely no responsibility or offer to help other than to up sell me... I bought "earrings" but it cannot fit in the earlobe, I doubt it will fit in a babies earlobes, it should not have been sold as earrings, it is maybe suitable for a nose ring, bellybutton ring or maybe top of earlobe! The staff members knew I only had piercings in my earlobes, I was very clear what I will use it for.
