We booked them in to do an urgent job as we had American guests coming to stay after we had a new kitchen installed. Preston turned up only to tell us that he would not be able to install the oven as it would require an additional 2nd line installed. I waited 5 days before calling to find out what was taking so long for someone to return to complete the work and was told there were no notes on this, a little cranky but told them to attend asap. I recently needed to engage an electrician to upgrade the fire alarms in my residential property. I sent off requests for quotes to five different licensed electricians in Rockhampton.
