Unfortunately, Dale is the backbone to this business and when he isn’t there everything falls apart. I went in to have my summer tires installed and some lug nuts changed out. After 1 hour they had not installed the new lug nuts and 2 of the 4 tires were installed incorrectly. It’s very obvious to see as my tires have the wording inside and outside written on them.
