This agent we asked to give us a property estimate and she was critical of the house and not invested in the vendors interest . She advised us we would get a price of $55,000 LESS than we sold it for through Peter Fischer Real Estate. She seemed uninterested and wanting a quick sale for her benefit. I would never use them
