I had the worst experience here I tried to adopt a dog starting in November. Did not get a response even to say that they had received my application. A friend of mine reached out to them on the Facebook site for people who I’ve already adopted and finally they contacted me back. And their response was you don’t have a closed fence. Molly's place is dedicated to finding homes for Animals that need shelter and care. This is an excellent place for people to find a new addition by rescuing a furry friend.

I agree with what most of the other one star reviewers have said- the customer service is awful. Whoever runs their email took a week and a half to respond to my initial email application, but boy were they quick to respond and blame me when I indicated that I was unhappy with their service. Priorities, I guess.

if i could give ZERO stars i would. this place is absolutely terrible with customer service. who ever responds to emails, is rude, will belittle you for reaching out for help, assume they know your reasonings, talk down to you and judge you. i should have read the other reviews before even wasting my time there’s a bunch on here who said the same thing. absolutely disgusted with how i was treated.
