Monday 09/04 I called to store and talk to employee , I told her put hold a handbag and please put the new one if you have, she said ok!I will do! After 15 minutes I went to store and nobody put on hold my order and didn’t care and attention to me !!! shame on you!! Love this store and the helpful staff! Had a great time shopping last weekend on a girls trip. It’s my go to place for Brighton. Really love the stylish and unique clothing. Robin was a pleasure helped me pick out several items.
I just finished shopping today at this store. Disappointed in one of the staff!!! Was interested in the very pretty petal soap blossom. The blonde/white older clerk pointed to the left. The left meant the product was high up on a shelf... .unreachable. I've worked in retail and was very disappointed the clerk did not take me to the soap and pull it down for me. @Glenna, I find this charge or statement regarding discrimination unfounded. I don't know you, but I do know the sales staff at Molly's. I have shopped at Molly's since I moved to the area 17 years ago. Never once have I received the type of treatment. I enjoy the interactions I have with the entire staff including the owner. Not only do I refer people there, but I even take people there to shop. The staff especially Lori and Robin are truly interested in making sure the shopping experience at Molly's is memorable.
