Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Short walk to Flagstaff station and Queen Victoria markets, playground in a lovely park, and perfect location for wandering around city area for food and shopping. Easy access to bus and trams. Didn't use the pool but checked it out and area was clean. The apartment is centrally located just a block away from a tram line and Queen Vic Markets. The interior is comfortably fitted. I found the access key easily, however finding the building entrance is tricky. Overall a good spot.
