I’m from Miami but I was visiting Wisconsin for my friends wedding. I found Molly’s at a farmer’s market in Madison and decided to try the gluten free bagels! They were delicious! Put them in the toaster and they’re heaven! Highly recommend :)

Delicious gluten-free baked goods! Usually gluten-free baking is very dense or crumbly, not these items! Recipes are perfected before they go to stores and farmers markets.

We stopped by after my wife found it online. Molly's is inside a charming little shop, and carriers plenty of atmosphere itself. The staff member who interacted with was very nice, the selection was impressive, and the pricing was reasonable for handmade baked goods. We've only had time to consume one of their cookies so far, and it was delicious. The rest of the baked goods look amazing, but I'll update this once we've had time to eat the rest.

Our gluten-free wedding cake was absolutely incredible! It tasted so good that guests who aren’t gluten-free were eating it and had no idea it was gluten-free. Everyone was raving about it! We couldn’t have asked for a better cake; it was delicious, beautiful, and a total hit at our wedding.
