My mouth was watering reading the menu. We ordered, sorry we are out of ribs. Out of coleslaw, out of etc..... I ordered seafood gumbo and received chicken/sausage gumbo. Very disappointed. I think they gave me jambalya instead.
Worst service ever! Went to the one in Kapolei to pick up some plates for dinner on the 5 of August 2017. They were out of pork and out of Mac n chz. After waiting almost 45 minutes we got our plates to go only to find that our plates were shorted and the fried chicken plate only had 2 pieces even though the menu said 3 pieces. Went back in to correct it and the lady told me that it was a misprint. No compensation! We left there and went straight to Wendy’s. Don’t waste your money!
