Had an excellent stay, the handyman was phenomenal with any work that was needed/requested and was super friendly. Overall everybody was amazing during the stay and made it a wonderful time 10/10
Had a great stay property was lovely and well maintained, staff was very professional and lovely when we needed any help.

This accomodation was horrible. I tried to call the homes for help and it went to voice messages and it took at least 5 tries to get hold of somebody who was an offsite call centre. We were welcomed to the bins that was overflowing, dishwasher with water pooled, kitchen sink still left with food chunks, and expired coffee. This was not all. The cook top stove stopped half way and was not heating up. I was on the phone to the call centre for 58mins and more later on to try get these problems resolved.
