Best beach getaway
The house itself was nice, however when you book through Airbnb they charge a cleaning fee, the house had dead fruit flies everywhere & the wifi didn’t work. Tried to contact them to assist with wifi multiple times with no reply. Asked for a refund on the cleaning fee and left me on read for months, after following up they refused any compensation. Recommend location and affordability for average family without breaking the bank. Kids loved the ease of getting to and from the beach and enjoyed exploring the yard.
I tried to book a property via Stayz and then via this property management service company. It was unprofessional, they changed the nightly rate and increased is 3 times, they kept asking for credit card details without knowing the property ID or address. I reported them to Stayz. If you are an owner and lists with this service, beware....it's bad.
