I presented myself as suffering from long term chronic pain, as if someone is driving a nail thru my left testicle, and I do not even have one, as I had it surgically removed in an effort to relieve my pain. Was told I would have to sign a waiver indicating I would not be prescribed ANY controlled substances, BEFORE I would be given an appointment. Also that I would have to wait six to eight weeks to be seen.
