Usually I have Micheal as my nail artist, he’s always so kind and does great work! Today was my birthday and my husband surprised me last minute to go get my nails done before dinner, I was so excited to pamper myself for my birthday but the gentleman who did my nails made the experience so bad, he cut my cuticle really badly, my gel nails look bubbly, rushed my entire appointment, when he did the hand massage it lasted 5 seconds and was very aggressive with my hands and arms. My daughter came in for a pedicure because she received a text from them stating pedicures were 20% off that expires 3/6 then she had some acrylic left on her fingernails. She had already had gotten half of it off. She walked out of there paying over $80! Her $45 pedicure was not discounted the 20% because copy of text wasn’t shown and then she was charged $35 for removal of acrylic! They said $10 for removal and $25 for manicure.
