Atmosphere and presence changed as soon as the customers before us were assisted. Particular sales associate’s demeanor changed once they assisted us. Felt extremely uncomfortable and uninviting atmosphere. Initially had this review on Old Orchard’s location, but was intended SPECIFICALLY for Oakbrook location. Deleted that review to properly allocate where the experience occurred. Quality is great, just not the staff.
Molly's in Oakbrook was incredibly helpful and professional! I had a negative experience at the Molly's in Harlem Irving selling me a stale product and refusing to exchange or refund money. The Molly's in Oakbrook turned my frown upside down. Many thanks to Victoria and Tony!
Nothing special at all. Tried 6 different flavors. Just a cup cake.
Crème brûlée cupcake is 100/10. Just because you don’t see front doesnt mean it’s not the best cupcake you’ll try! and all the other flavors are just as good.
