Dr. O’Neill was amazing! She provided me excellent service, and as a self-pay patient insured her services were affordable. Her bedside manner is top-notch, and as a registered nurse I know this is not common anymore. Thank you Dr. O’Neill!
I hate to give such a bad review because I liked the Dr. but my original appointment for a new contact and glasses prescription started in August, and I still do not have what I paid for. I knew with the trial contacts I was sent home with something was off. I requested a recheck, this was done at no charge. My prescription was in fact off in my left eye, but she was having trouble pin pointing the exact number to prescribe.
