I am very disappointed with the response I received when I cancelled my appointment for cleaning my house. I felt good about using your services but now I will not be calling Molly Maid back for services of any kind. I will also be contacting head office to complain. I do not recommend this company. Customer service is a big factor for any company and you failed badly.
I have been with Molly Maid for quite some time now my regular team Nicki, Serra, and Sabrina always do such a fantastic job making my house sparkle and so clean! Along they also do extra tasks like helping me with rearranging and organizing they always have such a bubbly & happy enthusiasm I love having them!
The girls at Molly Maid always do a fantastic job in our house! They go above and beyond and often deep clean things we didn’t expect! Car seat, couch, oven etc. We accidentally left our dog home while they came to clean once, and house was spotless with no issues. Shout out to Amanda and Sam specifically… we appreciate your hard work. Through emails, Michelle has always been friendly and communicative too! Would 100% recommend Molly Maid orillia
