Molly Maid left multiple home windows open or unlocked repeatedly. We called and reported the issue no less than 3 times. It kept happening after repeated reminders. It's not worth having an insecure home. We will find a new cleaning service that can remember to lock windows.
Team does a great job of cleaning my home.
They come on time. Are friendly. I usually leave. The bathrooms are sanitized shower can toilets floor baseboards all clean. The same with the rest of the house. Kitchen looks like new. Just a thorough job all around.
Thanks for making my place look great. Also appreciate attention to detail.
