Can’t rate the cleaning service but wouldn’t trust it based on the scheduling service. I submitted my info on the website for a first time home cleaning and was called/emailed/texted around 7 times the first day (which the staff today said is aggressive and a common issue). I called the number back and scheduled a first time cleaning 5 days ago. This is the first time I have used Molly Maid. I was very pleased with the work Naiviv and Marlenis did. They were very thorough and conscientious about their work. I will definitely use Molly Maid again and specifically ask for Naiviv and Marlenis. I highly recommend them.
Flor and Yumi Did an amazing job, The previous tenant left the place a terrible mess. But you wouldn’t know it once they were finished. Highly recommend.
