Was offered a deep cleaning moveout service which I assumed involved more than just general cleaning and vacuuming, but the carpets look no different than before they came. When booking they offered 24 hours if the service was not satisfactory to call them and figure out a solution, but when I called they just told me there is nothing they can do. Expected a higher service quality for the price point.
Love the team of ladies that has been coming to our house. Kenzie, Glo, and Cassandra have done such a wonderful job! And they are so sweet! Thank you Molly Maids!
