I had a horrible experience with a one time clean. They said they’d start at 930, what they didn’t say is that it could be 930-2, the start at 930 was just the start of ‘flexible scheduling’ that I didn’t agree to, so I was unaware this was an all day waiting game. When I called, the answering service was rude and less than helpful. The girls showed up and were nice enough, but did not introduce themselves. They were done in about an hour and a half.
