Booked two cleaners to do a move in clean. Empty home. Walls floor to ceiling, inside windows. Trim, cupboards in, out and tops. Bathrooms were cleaned and unused due to having a clean before showings. So simple wipe down there. All the appliances are brand new. Carpets on upper floor scheduled for an afternoon steam cleaining. Nothing required there. They quoted me up to 5 hours. 3 cleaners showed up. 15 minutes late. No call, no heads up. I have been using Molly Maid for a long time, they are reliable, great staff, they do a very good job, always on time. Never a problem.
Always provide an excellent service for me, I've used them for many years now, always accommodating and happy to work around my pet
Saw the “Molly maid” car driving on the road. Terrible driving decision making and for example cutting people off last minute and then proceeding to drive under the limit.
Had molly maid come to clean my house as we were expecting a new baby and wanted the walls, fridge, stove and dusting done. We paid for 4 hours for the cleaning requested. This company is horrible. They spilled wax from our scentsy all over the floors and shelving and didn't clean any of it up. They moved everything from our shelves and didn't return it to where it was when they found it.
