Molly was very professional and helpful and very sincere however, As for front end, 3 deferent appointment that I've gone to, is a 2-1/2 hour wait. There process is. 1- let them know your there. 2-wait 1 hour to be checked in. 3-wait another 1 hour to be called back. 4-wait at least 30 to be seen by someone. I'm glad that Mymid Michael is taking over so that I can see there office people in Midland. It's the most unorganized doctors office I've been to in the last 15 years of seeing doctors.
