Dr. Gordon herself is wonderful, great bedside manner and makes sure you are comfortable. Unfortunately her front staff, especially the ones on the phone are awful. No solutions given when there was a problem, rude, hung up on me several times. The only way I could get through to someone that helped was mychart messaging.
Haven’t even had my appointment yet and have already had two awful experiences with their on call service. The third party answering service they use is extremely rude, unorganized, and simply lacks the ability to take a message to cancel an appointment. The woman who answered my call was irritated that I said I had already called but got a voicemail to confirm my appointment still. Loveeeeeeeee Dr. Gordon!!!!
Dr Gordon was on call when I had to come In and give birth to my son as my water broke. She has been very kind and respectful with taking a decision of csec vs vaginal birth. My son and I were in a very good shape since then.
Dr. Molly was absolutely incredible. She kept my wife and I completely calm and prepared from the start of the pregnancy up until delivery. She is busy, but never made us feel like she was rushing us out of appointments so she could get to the next one and she always gave us all of the time we needed to ask any questions we had. She was absolutely amazing when it came to delivery as well. She provided a very helpful sense of calm and positivity and guided us through every step. My wife and I can not recommend her more.
