I didn't get to meet Dr. Dimatteo, and the front desk was pleasant, however, I waited over an hour, watching pt by pt being called, to not only then see the employees starting to leave. I then ask the front desk, is she running late? Is this normal? I've been here over an hour and I can't wait any longer.
