Parents are not allowed to be present during the frenectomy procedure. Siblings are not allowed at appointments. I met a woman in the waiting room who's infant had the procedure done. She was SO CONFUSED and thought her babies LOWER LIP was cut. I encouraged her to get more information before leaving because she was unsure. Dr Molly Guy is phenomenal. She performed a frenotomy (tounge tie revision) on my 4 year old. She was patient, with both my daughter's fear and my anxiety surrounding the procedure. She went above and beyond to ensure we knew how to properly care for my daughter post procedure. She called to check on us, and offered to help in office with the daily after care if needed.
