I liked Dr. Grover during my visit, but this practice and Mount Sinai have be incredibly hard to deal with. I’ve been trying to get a prescription refilled for days without success. Messages left unanswered and no one able to help on the phone. The worst part is the person I spoke to said that several other people called that day with either same issues with Dr. Grover not refilling a prescription. Doctor Grover is an angel. Attentive, thorough, and so kind, and never feels like she is in a rush to move on to the next patient.
Dr Molly Grover, is an excellent Doctor and I admired her for her patience and trust her immensely in taking care of all my health concerns. She listens to me carefully to what I have to say and she does not try to rush me out of her office. She also has a nice personality and feel very confident in working with her as my Primary care Doctor.
