I was referred to Dr. Reissmann for kidney stone removal and uterine stent placement. She is a brilliant physician and still manages to communicate clearly to the patient. She reviewed all of my symptoms and test results and quickly recognized another area of concern that needed to be addressed and quickly referred me to an endocrinologist. No I will not see her again. I sat in a room for at least one hour. She was very irritated and it showed. She refused to listen to a 62yr old woman who knows her body. She gave me all of her 5min and then said your done you can go now! There's more but I just won't get into it. Doesn't matter what's going on the patient is the priority! She billed my insurance without doing anything she could've should of done. Later that day I had to go to a walk-in clinic where I got the help I needed for now until I find another provider!
