Had vent cleaning and sanitize job done. The job was invoiced exactly as quoted, even though it took a lot longer than expected. Very thorough and professional. Would definitely reconmend them to anyone.

Never again!! I had Steam USA at my house yesterday to get my carpets cleaned. After he left we ran paper towel over the carpet which came back dirty. So we checked each room, it seems the cleaning brought the dirt to the surface but didn't remove it. I called to tell them of my dissatisfaction, I was told they could come back but no refund. We are cleaning them ourselves, why would I want them back if they left it dirty.
Extremely rude person who makes the appointments. Too bad this person is causing them to lose business.
