Lived here for 11 months. Walls in apartments are super thin. You can hear everything from your neighbors with everything closed. You have to have your windows open as there is only a small dingy ac unit in the living room so you will cook to death if you don't. The manager Brianna was wonderful, she did what she could. Hoban management will charge you a cleaning fee for from your deposit irregardless if the apartment was left spotless and will give you the runaround when you reach out to dispute.
