Will always bring any Volkswagen I own here. Zach does an amazing job every time we need a service, very communicative, very friendly, him and his team get the job done right and efficiently every time.
Took my car in for an oil change and it turned out it needed more work. They even took a video of the issues they found and sent it to me to review. Very impressed with the level of transparency.

Losing my faith in Molle. Brought my car in for 200k service and ad-blue was low so perfect timing. Picked it up light is still on. Have to leave it with them again because they didn't think maybe a service warning light still being on after service is an issue. Sensor is bad, fine that is a known issue I've been lucky, and now they've left my car in a state where I can't fill the fuel tank so I have to have it worked on again.
I have a 12-year-old VW Eos, which features absolutely no owner-serviceable parts. No one but VW dealers want to touch it. As a result, I have been very conscientious about service appointments, maintenance, and inspections. Having just crossed 100k miles, I took it in for the recommended inspection and service.
