Took my 2024 Trax in with collision damage. When I dropped it off and signed the repair order, they told me 5-6 days. Now we are in week 4 and now the timeline is indefinite. They have no sense of urgency and are making no effort to source the needed part. They claim it is on back order and there is nothing they can do about it.
