Molla Builders LLC did an AMAZING job creating a playroom for our son in our basement! They enclosed out an entire room by installing a wall to truly create a new room closed off from the rest of our basement. They added a glass door and a half glass wall to let natural light into the room. Not only does this room look like it always existed, but they completed the project in less than two weeks! Dennis and his team are amazing! They instantly located the frozen pipe in our basement bathroom, opened a small part of a wall and ceiling, insulated the pipe and the surrounding area…then came back a few days later to close it up, after waiting to ensure that nothing refroze and everything was insulated properly. Molla Builders came and removed snow from my roof this week. The process was seamless and they did an excellent job removing even more snow than I expected. They are at the top of my list for any future work I do at my home.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They were incredibly responsive from the moment I reached out and understood the urgency of dealing with ice dams. They showed up quickly, got the job done efficiently, and were professional from start to finish. I’m so grateful they were able to take care of this so fast—it was a huge relief. Highly recommend!
