I am far too late in providing this review. Dennis and his team spent 4 months at our house last winter, 2.5 of which we were in Florida. Dennis is excellent with communication, has great ideas, is trustworthy, very reliable and has the best team! Ilya’s attention to detail is like no other. This team is respectful, always cleans up daily like they weren’t even there and finished the job within the given timeframe. So, YES, you should hire him if you’re lucky enough to get him! When I needed to renovate the kitchen and bathroom for my new condo, I was referred to Dennis and his team. He was very polite, kind, and knowledgeable when we worked together to design and build these rooms. Dennis referred me to experts for cabinetry designs for the kitchen and tile for the bathroom. Both projects were completed swiftly and beautifully! I am so happy with the results and will be recommending Dennis and his team to others! :)
