We just finished our third project with Molitor Construction. (We’ve done a deck, new flooring and a shower remodel.) I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They are very responsive and incredibly professional. The entire process was seamless! From the estimate, the demo through completion, even the billing was easy! After a home inspection on the purchase of a new property, I had a punch list of several items that needed attention. Moliter Construction was quick to send me a detailed electronic quote via email. I appreciated that it showed the breakdown of materials and labor. Communication was good as we scheduled the date for the job. Very experienced crew that got the job done quickly and professionally. After searching for a bathroom remodel contractor.I found Molitor Construction. Joseph was impressive from start to finish. Great Communication throughout. Needed a quick fix on some porch stairs that had seen better days. Quote turnaround was quick after reaching out, and the work was done even quicker. They really took care of us for what I imagine was a small job for them. The workers were great to work with on site - respectful and efficient. Would easily use them again when we are ready to replace what they just fixed.
