Mr. Molique unfortunately failed to produce the desired outcome in a straightforward case wherein a party was liable for an outstanding sum of $1600 that I was owed to me. Despite having clear evidence of culpability, he failed to adequately support the claim and, as a result, I was unable to recoup the owed funds from my counterparty, and to make matter worse, I ended up paying the counterparty attorney fees having to settle.
