Terrible customer service. They don’t honor warranty’s, their sales team hangs up the phone on you. They are constantly making excuses, pointing the finger ant their supplier, over promising and under delivering. Very disrespectful team to work with.
WILL NEVER BUY OUTDOOR FURNITURE FROM HERE AGAIN. Ive spent OVER $20k worth of couches, chairs, and pool chaises and all of the fabric ripped within a year. I went in to see if they would fix it and their salesman told me their supplier gave them a bad batch of fabric and they would replace it, no problem. It’s been 5 months and they still have not replaced it. They have been giving me the run around saying it’s not covered under warranty and their supplier is denying the claim. They made a mistake but they owned up to it and corrected it at no additional charge. That impresses me. Perhaps I should have given them 5 stars
We bought this set from Molino’s probably 10 years ago and it has lasted beautifully. I was tired of the color but because it was still in great shape didn’t want to replace it. I called them and they were able to re-powder coat it in a color that I wanted. In just a couple weeks they delivered what looked like a brand new set and I’m looking forward to it lasting another 20 years. They have a huge selection of high quality furniture at very reasonable prices and amazing customer service.
